Hes definitely not, the club are fine with PSR, and even if not they would eat a 4 point deduction for the sake of the 6 points Branthwaite will save.

The club is owned by Friedkin now for all intents and purposes, and he didnt just drop 200m to have them sell his prized asset for 30m less than he will be worth in a year.
