But one thing to note, the defence were ALL appealing and Coleman and Holgate switched off as well.

Also, remember Keane came on into a deep defence...that moment today was when we were camped in their half.

Fair points but he was the last man - if he's in the right position and in no danger of bringing down an opposing player from a clearance then he can appeal. If not, switch on and concentrate although this seems to be beyond pretty much every defender on the books.

Lampard must be pulling his hair out really another poor defensive mistake following all the others. He can't help the likes of Keane and Godfrey clear a football and Branthwaite today to give himself 10 yards to cover as last man. Basic decisions you would think a child could carry out.

Outdone by an experienced striker who knew exactly what he was doing. Toney even went over to him after the red card and consolidated him! He’ll learn from this.

Probably stopped for a split second thinking we were getting the pen. Allowed the Brentford player to get behind him and he was caught on the wrong side. Easy to say now but should have just left him to go one on one. Even if he goes on to score, with eleven on the pitch we still win that game.

He crapped the bed today. Lets not pretend otherwise. But so has every single player on our books this season. Most of them have done so repeatedly. There's no point in having a go at a young lad who's learning. If you want to be angry with the players then pick out any of the ones that aren't even arsed half the time and show it. Lets not make this lad into another scapegoat.

Keane, he won't be sick.

If we stay up he shouldn't be here next season anyway as he needs a loan. He is simply not ready for Premier League football.
