I like Barry. Think the improvements in him have been clear. Even with Beto, we need a third choice striker imv. A more experienced older head (not necessarily PL experience), even on a short term deal.

it shouldn’t be a case of only getting a striker if Beto leaves.

Third choice striker???,
We need a first choice striker if we are bothered about having a credible attack.
One goal every 6 months isn’t good enough.
