January Transfer Window 2026

no idea if this site has any credibility but they quote a scout from the club saying we’re watching Michael Noonan, the irish striker at the U17 world cup in Qatar

looks physically imposing already for his age and with good feet and finishing ability

he got some attention recently for being the youngest ever scorer in the europa league’s history, playing for Shamrock Rovers

same site always says we watched Troy Parrott against Portugal

I posted before that we're supposed to have scouts watching the u17s with Noonan particularly in their sights.

Hope some other PL team don't persuade him otherwise.

Endrick should be available in January on loan, should get Don Carlo to put in a good word.

Obviously won't happen, not a Moyes player and better clubs will prob be in for him.

I don't why people slander Football insider , a true bastion of sports journalism, just because they fabricate conjecture about Ivan toney possibly arriving to a premier league club during January, then release a supposedly exclusive story about Ivan toney staying in the Saudi League. Not a surprising development if you go from Toney's club making a defiant statement a week ago , that he wasn't leaving. Oh football insider the captivating stories you tell

Such a dated take on the modern game this.

Fullbacks are pivotal to how the games played these days. Look at how Liverpool have dropped off because they've not replaced AA and Robertson well.

We desperately need 2 quality fullbacks and have for 5 years.
Great post.

With prime Seamus and Leighton pinging balls in they'd be bouncing in nicely off B&B upfront ( albeit they'd still be plenty of misses ).

B&B are nowhere near 'good' at the moment but they could be good enough with proper service down the right.

JOB has been great given he's out of position, likewise Garner.

But a turbo charged modern RB overlapping and getting to the byline opens teams up and means our forwards don't have to time runs, turn defenders, run channels, make neat touches etc. Just run forward and poke the ball in. They're both capable of that ( ignoring Barry's sitter at Sunderland.)

Myko isn't quite there, like DCL never was. We love these lads forever cos they're Everton.

Royal needs time.

But big Jake is fine looking CB, and Myko is a back up squad player.

Dibling is another ego-driven agent wet dream pay day, the type of which I hope we've seen the last of.

We shouldn't be wasting a single penny on prospects. We need players for the here and now. Starting striker in January, and at minimum another rotation striker, starting right back and Grealish/starting winger in the summer, potentially a starting centre half as we might be down to O'Brien, Keane and Tarkowski only which clearly isn't (good) enough.

I love it when they get Keith wyness to state something so they make a big thing of it and then the next day get him to say the opposite so they can make a big thing out of that as well.

Especially when it’s about it our finances that he hasn’t been involved in for like 15 years, and hasn’t had a job in football for like 8 years.

‘Buy these players before they’re well known like Brighton and Bournemouth do, Everton need to get over this stupid PL experience criteria’

Everton buy young prospects…

‘Why didn’t we buy proven PL players, I don’t want to see any more prospects come into the team’

This is GOT.
