I know this is tongue in cheek, but it's not far off the truth. Look at the squads Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest have, way more pace and strength in depth than us. It's staggering how far we've been allowed to fall.

Alright saying that but our recruitment is woeful, and until that changes if we accidentally sign a good player we need to keep them. We'd just spend the £70 million on 2 more crap players that Moyes would refuse to pick.

Yes I was half serious. There's no pace in the side at all, too many gaps, too many square pegs in round holes

It looks to me like the recruitment team and manager aren't aligned at all with what was needed so I have no confidence at all that they'd get it right in January either

I get that he is in the final year of his contract and Juve want to cash in before he walks for free, but I think Champions League clubs will be in for him. As he is 26 he will probably walk for free in the summer instead and then sign a new massive deal somewhere else.

The problem here in the summer looked to be the transfer set up here not agreeing on players hopefully now on the same page. Can see this jan being a busy window for alot of teams in the league esp near the bottom of the table

biggest issue to solve is the fullbacks and striker

yes we need better midfielders but at least we have several players capable of playing there

Vlahovic has been on the move ever since he joined Juve, i think hes a great player but he never seemed to catch on. Very simple view of his stats m yes i believe hes on absoloutly huge salary and that alone may price us out if we're picking up a big portion of Grealish' wages, i don't know
