January Transfer Window 2026

He was dropped for the games against Fulham and Man United, but obviously had to come back into the side again because of injuries.

Stop trying to jump on everything I say mate. O'Brien has struggled at times this season. It's only natural, he isn't a right back.
Hahahaha, dude, you keep making up all this random stuff just to be negative for some reason. You said: OBrien hasnt done a good job at RB this season unlike last, which is not true. You said: Moyes dropped him for a few games and resorted to starting Coleman there again, which is factually not true. Again, anyone can look up that JOB has played more minutes than all but Tarks and Garner, has played in literally every match, and has played 60 minutes or more in all but 1. Coleman has played a grand total of 12 minutes this season as we all have watched. The only game JOB didnt play almost the entire match was the one where Garner played there instead.

No one said OBrien hasnt struggled at times this season, thats a straw man.

I've made nothing up.

You might want to properly check your facts, instead of just looking at some stats on the internet.

JOB was dropped for Fulham at home and United away after a poor run of performances. He came on in the latter after 10 minutes when Coleman hobbled off.

I'm not being negative for no reason, I was just pointing out why we're probably trying to sign a right back this window instead of waiting for the Summer.

ye obrien was dropped for fulham and not reselected for united. he came on for seamus when he got injured

obrien should start at cb, hopefully keane isnt fit as i cannot imagine moyes not putting him back in

I really hope we start playing him ahead of Keane. He has everything in his game to become a top centre back for years and years.

Not for me...id rather we'd have got Truffert 12months ago.

Hes doing well for Bournemouth, just seeing him now against Arsenal.
Really? I haven't seen him before but Truffert looked terrible one on one defending tonight. Turned his back for the first goal cross and was half asleep for the third. Saka and Madueke had him on toast all evening, and his teammates were shrugging at him, as if to say, what was that? I was thinking whilst I was watching, well, I know Myko is limited, but at least he's not this guy.
