Gyokeres looks out of his depth at Arsenal. However he's exactly the type who'd do well here with Moyes style.

Probably not going to be loaned out anytime soon by then but I can't see him playing much when Havertz is fit so you never know next summer as I never really thought Arteta actually wanted him, just got him in from the pressure from their fanbase to get in CF and he was reasonably big name available.

Think Ollie Watkins contract is in last 18 months so Villa might put him on the market to regenerate their forward line. Moyes wanted McGinn and Jacob Ramsey in the summer so have to think he'll be in for Watkins if he's available.

We're doing well with some glaring deficiencies in the squad. We should be able to improve quite a bit with a relatively modest spend.

Surely we go in for Kobbie Maiinoo in January.

I wouldn't start him over garner and kdh in our midfield. He'll be wanting first team football and honestly he probably doesn't get it here either.

Would be daft by united as he is one of their better and more consistent performers. Which obviously means they will let him go.

Not sure about more consistent as he isn’t playing for them except from a few minutes last week.

I'd say we have:
Aznou to compete with Mykolenko
Armstrong to compete with Garner
Dibling to compete with Ndiaye/Alcaraz

What I would do is sign the right back that we urgently need & a young RB to develop behind them.

Then i'd be signing young players like Aznou, Armstrong & Dibling to provide competition to starters.

Most urgently we need a right back & to sell Patterson, McNeil and probably Beto to bring in some funds for young players.
