Would like to think/hope that the recruitment team will at least be keeping a keen eye on the loan market leading up to the winter window to potentially pad the squad for the run-in.

There may be international sitting on top teams benches all across Europe looking for game time to show some form with the World Cup coming up

If we're having a good season then I fully expect us to dip a little further into the January window, but if the season falls off then I'd imagine we will wait til summer

I would obviously offer Pickford what he deserves and probably offer Garner an extension but not the other 2. We need improvements on both Mykenko and tbh Tarks as well if we are ever going to get better

Tarks is one of the best centre backs in the league, just having a blip after his injury
Couple of games and he will be up to speed.

He is very good, but he does need to up his game, he was the same last season started slow.

He was carrying a back injury at start of last season. Wouldn’t surprise me this season if he wasn’t fully recovered from his hamstring issue considering in April they talked about him needing an op and potentially missing the start of this season.
