Yes of course our board are dire. Their latest managerial appointment is reflective of that. No one of any worth wants to come here is my point, as his appointment signals a complete lack of vision, belief and most tragically, hope.

I’m not disagreeing with you. Hiring Dyche is the boards equivalent of ‘stick ten men behind the ball and hope for the best’. They’re praying we somehow cling onto premier league status and bide more time for themselves.

I’m not pining that on Dyche though. He’s doesn’t pretend to be something he’s not. The board/owner are solely to blame for our position now and this abomination of a transfer window.

Anyone we buy now is an ill-thought out panic with no longer term thinking behind it.

If we don’t sign anyone I’m done and won’t be attending anymore games this season. Pathetic that we didn’t try and strengthen early in the window when it could of actually affected more games and possibly been a tiny boost to everyone involved players frank and the fans. Only players we will attract are ones for a payday or lower league players looking to come to a bigger club but they would probably hold out for a premier league club to come in and not want to be playing championship football again next season with us.
