Well yes, that’s pretty much what I just said. I’d be happy to try it for that reason, but without massive confidence that it will actually be a solution, because O’Brien hasn’t looked great either and we can’t put all of that down to him being at right back.

This isn't anything new btw hes dropped deep right infront of Pickford loads of times since hes been here and I have gone on about how slow and too deep he drops for years. Hes a relegation fodder defender, and always has been.

Keane has been putting on fires for Tarkowski all season. He's been easily our worst performer apart from the two lame ducks up top

Think Carraghers summary was pretty spot on. Tarks to keen to be the one blocking and tacking it is often leading him to be all over the place

Trying to do to much, playing worse, then trying to do to much, and playing even worse. Doesn't appear to have a clear idea about what he is meant to be or trying to be doing both on and off the ball and is over complicating his role as result.

His form is a self perpetuating spiral at the moment

Yes, that often happens when you have additional disposable income. Hope he comes down to earth again.

I never thought I would type this , but it needs to be Jake and Keane as the central partnership until Branthwaite is fit, I appreciate what Tarks has done for this club but he has just faded performance wise this season. His lack of speed seems more apparent currently

Tarks needs resting and Keane is certainly surprising me with a number of very good performances.

Jake must go to CB.

I cant make a case for his inclusion as a starting CB.

If anyone last season would have told me how hopeless he is this season I'd never have believed them, but he is. Utterly hopeless.
