2024/25 James Tarkowski

That yellow was all down to Harrison not having the nouse on when or how to bring an opponent down in a threatening situation.

….yep, should’ve ’taken one for the team’ nearer the half-way line but he was out-muscled by young Lewis-Skelly. I’m sure Tarkowski was saying that after giving the foul away.

It’s clear (to me) Harrison is trying ever so hard to earn a permanent deal but like the vast majority of our loanees he’s just not very good. It’s a market Moyes will have to be much better in this summer.

In what's sense?... before he joined Centre half was trouble position for us with a mix partnerships that never worked.

He come in on a free and had been a consistent for us,never injured, reliable and is very rarely at fault for coincided goals.

I think he's been more than value for money.
Was just talking to a Southampton fan mate. He said it should have been a red. But also that Tarkowski has been tremendous for us. Good sometimes to listen to other fans. Not RS ones of course

Watching Leicester v Toons on Magyar telly. Bad tackle missed by ref and commentator says "bad, but not as bad as Tarkowski's the other night'. Shocking

Tarkowski absolutely roasted Harrison after tht. Harrison is too soft, too weak and as you say, not good enough. I will genuinely despair if he is given a contract. We have to get a winger with pace and with the bottle to take a full back on. I am so sick of seeing Harrison get to his full back, bottle it and look to pass inside or (more often than not) backwards, then lose the ball in the process.

It was mate. The follow through was awful
Not as bad as these two, which only got one yellow between them.

Horrific fouls get players taken off. In todays game it was a red, no doubt, but it wasn’t by any means a dirty or horrific foul.
I'm all for tough tackling and agree that different era's would dish out different punishments, but there's no doubt it was potentially a career ending challenge, intended or not.

On a differed day, McAllister could have exploded:
