Last season before the armband is handed on to J Pickford.Looks like his season is over.
What a player he's been though. Even this season when his standards haven't been quite what they were in the last couple of seasons he's been crucial to us staying up.
He'll be leading them out at the new stadium next season though.
One of the best transfers in the last decade, I believe it‘s the 2nd time he‘s not playing a full game since joining us?When you see keane playing in his place you quickly realise how valuable tarks is for us. Massive player, and probably one of the best cbs in the league.
It's the clearest sign of just how big the drop off is from starting XI to bench. Top quality starting centre halves, League Two backups. When you see keane playing in his place you quickly realise how valuable tarks is for us. Massive player, and probably one of the best cbs in the league.
Was it hamstring? Didn't see it. But I strained my hamstring in February and it's still not right (not a tear though). I can walk but it's painful at times. Obviously he'll get the best treatment that money can buy, but it really made me realise how such a slight injury can take ages to heal. For those more knowledgeable on these things, if it's a tear, would he have been able to walk off without a stretcher? Hoping he just strained it...
Just a hunch from the way he immediately stopped moving, called for a sub but was able to walk off.Was it hamstring? Didn't see it.
