Godfrey’s pace compensates for the other 2 and they deal very effectively with crossed/high balls. Godfrey will probably learn a lot playing regularly with them as well, more than he will have done playing alongside Keane last season.

Agree - better cover for the wing backs to venture forward, and removes either Davies or McNeil from the team.

Play a few more of the kids and someone off dcl up top and It’s already better.

Both, as a centre back you should also be able to bring the ball forward to bring there midfield out of position, but yes as a team we have no idea how to do either

Yeah, this has been said a lot over the last 6 years, when we were skint and actually had to think about what we were doing, things were much better.
