Was a bit indifferent when we signed him (mainly because Fellaini left),but he's winnkng me over. Excellent today. If only he could have took that chance right at the end!!

Superb player, tireless, keeps it simple, hes just everything I demand from a false number 6.

I was defo firmly in the no camp, 12m, I thought peg leg had robbed us, but hes just the perfect player.

I just wish everyone else can see what we do. Its annoying being so aware of good footballers.

I'm just fking buzzing we didn't lose to be honest, hate going in work and seeing all the kopites who have never been to a game in their life. Some fella doesn't even know how to say Sturridge name. He always forgets it as well ffs

Different players really. I think in order to get the best from Barkley, you need McCarthy rather than Fellaini.

Its a curse mate, ive said in the past, I guess mortals just watch games and think they understand, they dont understand, not like me, in order to be in my league tho mate, you need to bring something to the table, I bring Moutinho, whatcha got?

Improving from when he first came, looking a player with bags of potential to improve further... This lad in DM and Barkley in AM and you've got a nice young, top quality, central midfield setup to build from. Bodes well for the future.

Agree, cant really compare him to Felli, different styles, from what ive seen and its totally kneejerk, McCarthy looks the better DM, Felli clearly brings more to the table at the other end tho, I know Fellis "best" postion was a DM, but he was never an Everton DM, im certainly not saying hes not a quality player, I just think I would prefer him to play as an AM.

I would love to see Barks and McCarthy together for a little run.

Heaven forbid if Baines misses a few I would certainly give it a go myself.
