A calming influence, there's not often heart stopping moments involving him. Versatility so important.

He was ok. Looked a bit rusty in the first half (understandably so) but grew into it a bit in the second before he was hooked.

Thought he played well, we really need him to stay fit this season and play as many games as possible. Would go as far as to say he’s our best centre midfielder.

I've a growing concern that the same thing happens when he's playing in his favoured position in the middle as well.
Far too light and doesn't affect games at all

If you're referring to their 2nd goal it happens regardless of which full back is playing. Dyche instructs them to stay narrow despite teams exploiting that space repeatedly.

I'm referring to his positional sense being completely wrong for the whole time since he came on until I posted that.. they got in behind us 3 times in 5mins with the same ball, happened again twice 2nd half.. he was nowhere near line with the rest of his defense and was sucked into the middle

Not his fault today obviously. But stockpiling 6/10 performance players is part of the reason we will go down this season
