Gary Cahill to replace defender in squad for Montenegro.


Phil Jagielka has this evening returned to Everton with a hamstring complaint.

Jagielka trained with the England squad this morning, but following a scan this afternoon has gone back to his club for treatment.

Bolton defender Gary Cahill has been called into the squad in his place.

Additionally, Gareth Barry will be reporting to the team hotel this evening.

Hope he is fit for the derby, if not, we're screwed if Distin or Heitinga picks up an injury.
