Don't even mention it, mate.

But after missing 4 clear cut chances, I guess this was a well deserved punishment. Another piece of [Poor language removed] goalkeeping on top of it and the manager unble to understand the team had lost he control of the game way before the tie. Moutinho should have gone in when it was still 1-0 and Nani was clearly giving signs of getting tired and unable to hold the ball.

Very good game, though. Especially in the first half, for those who enjoy tactical but not boring games, it was one of the finest I've ever seen.

The danes are very good tactically speaking, the portuguese have better individuals.

Pitty the result, for me of course.

How did Jacobsen do when he was playing?

Like a piece in the jigsaw. Looked solid and a good marker. Could hold a place in an Everton shirt confortably.

Don't expect the lad to come out forward and put the crosses in. He's a defender. Maybe the strategy was different but he didn't look like someone who likes to go forward.

Thanks mate.(y)

Moyes actually said he's good on the ball so maybe he does have an attacking game. We'll have to wait and see. Defending is key though, if he can do that he'll be useful.

teppic, the problem is when you are showing off the silky skills that make the opposing team go red, on of them might go in a shade harder than normal. Then where would you be  (y)

you live by the sword, you die by the sword i guess. i am an attacking midfielder, but i let the defenders know early on i wont stand for any crap. i guess in the cahill mold.. (i wish!)
