I never thought his performances justified retaining him after the first spell. He is more of a liability than anything else given his poor retention, decision making and the erratic clockwork mouse intensity he offers.

We have to have a squad, no loan fee just wages and he will contribute during the season.... and of course the manager likes him.

However, we simply could not afford to spend money to bring in someone else.

Agree with this. We need a squad and last season we ran him and McNeil into the ground. We were lucky neither missed long spells with injury. We’ve now got 4 players who can play on the wing and that’s much better than last season. If Lindstrom can come good then having Harrison as a backup/someone to rotate in of Lindstrom gets injured or loses form is no bad thing - particularly as you say, we had no money to spend.
