Wages...he is on close to 100k per week...thats a big wage for a player i would expect to contribute significantly more than he has so far this season. He had a good spell last season around our point deduction for a few games, and he is living on that spell which was a year ago. And then you hear that thelwell has impressed the new owners???!!! He must be one of those guys you have at work that keep talking and talking and doing very little.

I do know he's crap and I've said 1000 times I think Thelwell needs to be punted to the moon.

Slight improvement then. Gone from totally missing the goal from 5 yards out, to hitting it straight at the keeper from 5 yards out. Give him a couple of weeks and he might get it right. Then again...

Even by many players standards he's so one footed it's untrue.

Reckon with him , McNeil and milyenko we have the 3 most one footed players in the league …

That's why we have him - it's for the 0-0s and the hope of nicking a goal. Not sure Dyche would be happy with an attack focused winger.

I’m sure most of the forwards will be better once we have a more forward thinking coach or manager, it’s no coincidence that the defensive stats wheee massively in favour of us yesterday and barely anything of note for the lads up front.
