Upgrade on Gray, bigger goal threat than Iwobi though not as good using the ball as him and more dynamic than McNeil though perhaps not as good defensively.

Anyway, decent signing on loan. Still hope Gnonto comes in as we'll have 4 decent wide option in those 2 and McNeil and Iwobi. Each player has their own strengths and will offer us something different which is exactly what you need in a good squad.
