Been crying out for our wingers to cut it back because they can't cross. Now we have one who can cross but cuts it back too often.

Very hard to know whether he’s a blessing or not. Obviously light years ahead of our squad in natural ability and football brain. But a lightening quick and hit and miss raw winger might actually be just as productive given the rest of our players around him.

Basically needs to play a bit beneath himself and get balls into the danger area quickly more often.

Can’t knock him with 2 assists but it’s quite frustrating watching him check his runs to beat someone when the chance to whip a ball in presents itself. Feels like it gives their defence to set themselves.

He pretty much did the same at city - likely been coached into him to retain possession but it doesn’t work for us. Quick ball in every time please Mr G

I wonder if it's worth giving him a go centrally. Doesn't have the players to link up with on the left so get him where he can hurt teams.
