An alternative as in sign an actual premier league Standard left back ?An alternative to Myko would change it big time.
Feels like a ballsy move especially since we’ve avoided doing it it like the plague for 2/3 years .

Or, here's a thought, we play him when he's declared ready by the medical team and not based on the timescale some random lad on a fan forum decides
Injury recovery for an individual isn't based on averagesGenerally speaking players are back just after a month.
Drogba took 2 weeks once!!
Depends on the extent of the injury but nevertheless on average Rohl should be on the pitch in the next fortnight.
The likelihood is he can play a few sub appearances in a fortnight's time. He's going to be on a recovery trajectory of between 4 and 7 weeks - from op to playing again.Injury recovery for an individual isn't based on averages
You were 'insisting' as if it would be a poor choice if he didn't get those minutes. He might not if he's not ready, simple as thatThe likelihood is he can play a few sub appearances in a fortnight's time. That makes him a strong possibility for a Christmas appearance or two.
You'd think I was talking about dragging him off the operating table here.

Expecting is fine, demanding it without knowing details is plain weirdHe's 'on the grass'. That means he's in training again. Next stop the bench. We have 4 games in the next fortnight and Ild expect him to be getting game time in the last couple of those.
Honestly, these players are getting worked on by the very best physios - it's not like they're one of us if we have a hernia op: sent home with a weblink to a few stretching exercises and told to get on with it.
Dear me.
Expecting is fine, demanding it without knowing details is plain weird
Essentially saying, he should be played, had long enough to recover etcWhere did I demand it?
That's not a demand.Essentially saying, he should be played, had long enough to recover etc
Can't be bothered to find exact wording
You know yourself how you phrased it, ou don't need my help
It is a demand, because you would cast blame on Moyes if he isn't playing within your specified time frame, not the medical team's.That's not a demand.
I started it off by saying he was 'on the grass' and we cant be letting that period run into another month or so if he's at that stage.
If he's left out it'll be because KingHerodMoyes has knocked back a young player getting his chance again.
I don't really understand why we are persisting with this tbh.….i posted during the match that i wasn’t keen on our CB taking a long throw to the other CB in the box. Very difficult to regroup and regain positions from a quick break. It’d be more understandable if O’Brien’s throws were effective but they carry little or no threat.
