City will want him off their books, so a reasonable offer wont be ignored.

You'd have to assume the lad is well aware we can't pay city level wages, so it will come down to how happy he is

Wages come into everything, he wont sign a contract for £20.000 a wk, will he.

£30mil for 3 years seems quite high to me. Granted we paid £15mil for this loan but 3 years has so much downside risk due to his age & wear and tear.

Also of course no resale. I'd be looking at £15mil or max £20mil as the fee.

A deal in January would be insane btw. What if he gets a serious injury? The deal would need to be done end of the season.

Thank God you have no actual role in life to affect Everton. Grealish is worth whatever the deal is to secure him. He is pivotal to turning around this club.
