Last night whilst sleeping, I had a dream that I was checking the score on the BBC Sports website (I normally do). It came up as Everton 2-1 Bolton Wanderers. But Van der Meyde got sent off after coming on for Cahill on the 30th minute.

Hope you're wrong. Not only regarding AvdM getting sent off, but more by him replacing Cahill in the 30th minute. Surely means, Cahill would be injured?
