Not really sure why everyone is fussing over how many clubs he's been at if you look at it properly:

- A lot of the clubs were prior to his 16th birthday.
- Parma signed him after a successful stint on loan at Bologna.
- Player well Inter signed him then Livorno on loan
- Parma completed 100% of his rights to sign, played well.
- Parma as a club collapsed and he had to move so ended up in Abu Dhabi
- 12 months remaining he moved back to Europe presumably for his career.

Not really an unlikely story when a young starlet is concerned in Serie A. He's effectively played for 3 clubs properly in Parma, Baniyas and now Standard and he's only turning 25 tomorrow.

Personally not bothered about his history, his goalscoring record isn't consistent but neither has he playing time it appears. Settled in Liege and scoring regularly. £8-10m is fine considering Scott Hogan is apparently worth £15m+.
