The hearing in on Friday and lets just say the FA are less than confident of maintaining the ban...

I think someone has hacked into your firewall mate, it's a common problem this. I had it two years ago and had to do a clean install of Windows, it started from showing photos of animals mating (the bad weirdoes) when I clicked on genuine links.

Press Alt and F4 together and report back what happens please.
