Is now the opportunity? Should Everton go for Iraola?

I'm still floored that they are sticking with Moyes. They didn't even want him past last summer and they are just going to rock up again with a dinosaur manager knowing full well that he's going to be sacked halfway through this season.
Sadly I keep seeing this. No way he gets sacked mid season. Moyes will do just enough to have us not in a relegation battle. Such as what we've just been through.

Stuck with Moyes now.

It's worse because there's much better options available than Moyes and he's clearly failed to meet their own (low) targets!
 
I think the trick is to identify the next Glasner or Iraola and get them here before anyone with a bigger pull clocks on to them.
I'm not sure Milan is a bigger pull simply because of the Premier League's wealth. But yes we need a top class system for identifying managers. Let's face it we have literally had 30 years of average to poor managerial selections with one exception.
