Any blue can see he has.
Debt paid off.
Vital positions filled.
Everton splashing the cash.
Record signings.
Serious wages being paid.
Utter dirge shifted out.
So many new signings before sales.

If Neymar is worth 222m, how much IS Besic worth?

Thats the real question here.

Anyway, im calling this early, not a chance in hell PSG buy Neymar.
Mo is not for sale at any price. It's why we've never heard of any interest in him mate, waste of time.

I'm with you also on the Neymar/PSG rumour. Just when you think footy is broken, a bunch of knobheads in the French amateur league are prepared to wipe their arse with 200 million. I give up !

All I can do is post speculation, as that is all we have to go on.

Now show me evidence of us not having cash to spend.
I think if we have a small or negative net spend by the close of the window then 3 windows during a time of record increases in TV money without a large net spend that's as close to evidence without actually having Jim White announce it on Sky Sports.

LETS MATCH IT

Wow. There have been rumors of that and frankly I don't blame him. It's obvious Barca are unwilling to splash the cash at the moment.

I wouldn't be surprised if Messi moves to City if this happens.

Pretty good news for Deulofeu.
