Is JM our new HR nemesis?

I'm going to assume this is a thread about James McCarthy's injury record. It is bad, but to call James a nemesis to Everton's Human Resources department is a bit heavy. I don't think McCarthy is the Scottish Lex Luthor.

I don't complain about much (coughs) but acronyms are an absolute bugbear. Lazy communication, used by people who try to fabricate knowledge about a field by inventing them. Their use then excludes people who possibly know about the subject more than the inventor of them, from following or contributing to the debate. It's a puerile form of elitism where those not in the know of the acronym are excluded.

I'm not having a go at the op and hope I don't offend. I know people use them lazily without thinking, but after a lifetime in education, which is rife with acronyms written by braindead pseudo-experts, I find acronyms a trigger point for my grumblngs.

Communicate properly or go to bed.

Where's my breakfast?! Nurse?

Haha really! Okay, maybe a bit before your time but in the Moyes days, every player we went for, Harry Redknapp came in with a better offer... Almost like he didn't even have a scouting team... The two Kyle's that we should've signed, one being Walker and the other being Naughton, were due to sign with us until HR got wind! It seems Jose Mourinho is now doing the same... First Mina, then Benard now Zouma!
Mate just put this in the OP next time.

Typical management speak
We call it bs bingo i haveing to use words like reach out and stuff like that in meetings for god sake why cant i say i picked the phone up and had a bloody chat hahaha.. Back on topic i dont really care if people come in and go over the asking price for said player. We made so many mistakes last season on overspend trying to be billy big balls. Let them have them on overinflated prices

Or alternatively if a decent player looks to be available at the right price then several clubs will often take an interest and more than likely be contacted by the player's representatives to ensure competition for his services.

I'm not sure Man Utd have been in for Sandro, Keane, Iceland, Klassen or Martina in the last year or two. Zouma has 2+2=5 written all over it given his availablilty, Utd's desire for a CB and Mourinho's Chelsea links while Mina is a Barcelona player who had a very good World Cup. None of this suggests that Man Utd have based recent transfer policy on what Everton are up to.
