Our standard of football is an embarrasment at times, truly pathetic. Moyes has no interest in good football, hence why he has hit his ceiling with us.

and PMSl at someone saying pretty football gets Arsenal nowhere! Last season it got them to an FA Cup semi final and a CL semi final

So they won the same as us then yeah?

not really, they gained an extra £20m+ from the CL, didn't they?

They are still in a title race for gods sake, their run in is piss easy!

Don't get me wrong i know what you're saying about the money. But fact is Arsenal's fancy football get's them no trophies and won't until they get a goalscorer of some kind.

We won exactly the same amount of trophies as they did last season. and got to one more final.

just cant compare us and Arsenal. Wenger's prudance & his brilliance has guided Arsenal through a satdium move, whilst wiping out the debt. They are in a posisition to dominate English football in the next 10 years

The likes of West Brom went down because they weren't good enough, it had nothing to do with there style of play. Mowbray had the right ideas, he just lacked the players, a goalscorer and a decent defence.

As for Arsenal, once again, they have the right ideas, they play the game the way it's supposed to be played. On the floor, pass and move, controling the tempo. They just lack certain things in certain areas, a dominant centre back and a bit more physical power in other positions.

They finish in the top four season in season out, it's not like there doing badly. It's what we are aiming for: Champions League football.

And to be honest, I don't think anyones asking for all out total football, we just want to see a more controlled, passing approach instead of hit and hope which can only get you so far.

There is a political parallel here between borrowing and earning but I wont make many friends on this point considering the media climate in the western world! Wow big stuff yeah?

I hope Arsenal and other (Everton) non dept strangled clubs take over the EPL. I will laugh in the face of the "superdeptclubs" gleefully! Then I will ..no Grogtank don't say it!! I will.... umm NO NO.. Suck the dept bitches.. and enjoy your meaningless success.

Saying we're on par with Arsenal just because they won nothing is quite unbelievable. They are miles away from us in terms of players, infastructure, income, youth developement, fan base and many more. They are one striker away from greatness while we are half a team away.

We were unstoppable before the derby ,(in wich both sides were garbage ,more like a sunday league pub match then a prem game.)Then the knees jerk. Sort yourselves out FFS!

I wouldn't say we were unstoppable...I'd say we were on a good run before the derby. I agree the Derby was a one-off disaster where the team in general lost its way, its focus, and its direction. A collective failure, and a very painful and humiliating experience for all Everton supporters, so cut the posters a little slack...we're all still a little raw from that day...

Lets just see how Wednesday goes, and lets see if there's a positive reaction from the team...if there is.... then everythings all funky again!
If not then grant me the forum to express my fears, my hopes, my dreams and my pain...
