The likes of West Brom went down because they weren't good enough, it had nothing to do with there style of play. Mowbray had the right ideas, he just lacked the players, a goalscorer and a decent defence.
As for Arsenal, once again, they have the right ideas, they play the game the way it's supposed to be played. On the floor, pass and move, controling the tempo. They just lack certain things in certain areas, a dominant centre back and a bit more physical power in other positions.
They finish in the top four season in season out, it's not like there doing badly. It's what we are aiming for: Champions League football.
And to be honest, I don't think anyones asking for all out total football, we just want to see a more controlled, passing approach instead of hit and hope which can only get you so far.
