Invoice a bank

Has anyone ever sent an invoice to a bank cause they stuffed you around so much? Time is money and i've spent so much time chasing them around trying to fix up there errors I'm going to send them an invoice for my time.

I tried complaining to my bank a couple of years ago over something and they politely told me to do one. Im not good at the complaining thing.

I've done it and won. Made a payment at my local branch against their C/card, money goes out of my account but never reached it destination. I settled for £105 compensation, stress, costs of telephone calls and travel on top of which all charges were cleared and I got letters of apology. God I can moan when I put my feeble brain to it

Thats happening to me at the moment. Paid £90 to Next and 3 weeks later, Next still havent received payment.

Hit on your bank good style, the payment gets lost at the sorting centre is what they'll say, point out that it is an automatic transfer made in good faith by yourself, don't deviate from the fact that you are the innocent party and threaten action, any action, especially poor media publicity and they will [Poor language removed] themselves

I survived without a bank account for 8 years after Uni.

Admittedly not through choice from the start. They are scum, plain and simple.

I prefer safe deposit boxes, they don't charge you every time they are late clearing a payment. Arga-bag-a-wank!
