Not sure what that means, or if it's just a general reshuffle of the executive committee. Or whether it is actually because of an investment. It's possible I suppose.

So that's not from the actual club, and it's not new board members, its just new people on the board of the shareholders association, which is a separate entity from the club

The shareholder association have their own AGM, nothing to do with the Club board. Some of the following people must be getting replaced:

Everton Football Club Shareholders’ Association

Everton Football Club currently has approximately 1,500 stockholders, of which approximately 350 are currently members of the Shareholders Association. The Association exists to provide a voice for the many views which these shareholders may have.

To achieve this, an Executive Committee is elected at the Shareholder’s Association AGM to represent the Association for the following year. The Executive Committee comprises 5 officers (Chairperson, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Communication Officer) and a further 9 members of the association.

In addition to the 14 elected members of the Executive Committee, we also have a Life President and three Life Vice-Presidents.

Life President – Dr. David France

Life Vice-President – Mr R. E. D. Edwards

Life Vice-President – Mr G. E. Brookes

Life Vice-President – Mrs J. Healey



The Officers of the Executive Committee for the forthcoming 2011/12 year are:
