I'll give that a go - four quid on me kindleI've had a mild on-off insomnia issue for a few years, been reading a book called The Sleep Book. Been immensely useful so far, would highly recommend it. Sleep quality has improved and I'm going to bed with much more certainty that I'll get a good night's shut eye. There's also a mobile app by the same guy and he does a work shop too in London.
