Insomnia & Sleeping Pills

7 / 11 breathing helped me. Breathe in for a count of 7 and out for a count 11 (although at first I got it the wrong way round). It sounds daft, a friend recommended it as I looked dreadful due to lack of sleep, but it really worked.

I've had a mild on-off insomnia issue for a few years, been reading a book called The Sleep Book. Been immensely useful so far, would highly recommend it. Sleep quality has improved and I'm going to bed with much more certainty that I'll get a good night's shut eye. There's also a mobile app by the same guy and he does a work shop too in London.
