Not until the PL agree on a punishment that City will accept.

City have been in charge of this situation from day one and will continue to stall, appeal and obfuscate like any rich, successful entity would do in their position.

Its what happens when professionals deal with amateurs, and as we all know, the FA are the epitome of amateur. God knows what that makes us.

Clubs are allowed to lose £105m over a rolling 3 years I thought. So they've well and truly blown that in one year. Their rolling 3 year loss is actually £528m. It's actually staggering and I can't believe other clubs, certainly Newcastle, don't look at this and wonder why they are playing by the rules.

Separately to this, in September, Chelsea were also charged with 74 breaches of FA regulations relating to their transfer dealings.

Knowing the Premier League and the levels of corruption and favouritism, I reckon they'll wait until the new rules come in and somehow Chelsea will be compliant with those despite the losses. Which would be totally contradictory to how they've treated other clubs, like Leicester recently I think, where the rules in place at the time of the infringement have been applied.

These £528m Chelsea losses over the last 3 seasons are presumably after they made a profit of around £200m on selling the womens team and those hotels to their owner as well.
