I think that’s a little harsh. He’s a city fan, and has said that people have told him anecdotally they decided to accelerate the clubs progress by bypassing the rules.

Logically, our second points deduction should be lower because we’ve already been punished for 75% of the years mentioned. But that’s logic and this is the PL.

If our PSR calculation just for YE23 is zero or negative then there would be a very real possiblity no sanctions follow as you could very well argue Double Joepardy on the previous seasons.

Yeah, he is superb. I've sat next to him and his kids a few times but that was at least 13 years ago in the Lower Gwladys.
