I would be so pissed if I found out one of my friends had cheated on his wife/GF. Besides being incredibly disappointed in them, I'd be put in the awkward situation of knowing. I'm friends with their wives/GF's too!

The people who talk about this on here are always like ten times more moral than any people I've ever met in real life.

Like I can name about 40 people who I've known cheated on their siginficant others and I just kind of shrugged and ignored it. Did you never go on like a sports/drinking weekend in your early 20s and watch the entire team [Poor language removed] anything that moves despite all being taken?

I kind of assumed everybody had at least a few friends who they knew did the dirty on their girl/boyfriends and you just kind of let it be cos you know none of your business. And this isn't a gay culture thing, whenever I've talked about this with work friends or guys I've met at everton, they always seem to have a story of a mate who has a girl in every town or whatever.

In the circle of friends I have now, I think that person would be ostracized.

Maybe in high school, yeah, I knew folks who were unfaithful, but not really as an adult. Not anyone who I was truly friends with anyway.

I have seen how 'let's experiment', the swinging / swapping scene and such cause deep psychological damage and how some people get in so deep they spend years ignoring / deflecting that damage until the breakdown comes.
