In a moment of madness

I've just bought my two grandsons tickets for the match on Sunday, figuring it would be a nice treat to take them the match for Christmas.

They are going to absolutely hate me aren't they? I just hope they forget before it's time to choose my care home.
As an international supporter, never forget how fortunate you all are to get to Goodison on a regular basis. Whatever the team throws up, it will always be a special place to attend attend as much as you can while we still have it.

Imagine posting this on a public forum and not expecting authorities to remove the grandkids for safeguarding reasons

As a grandfather myself I have come to realise that one of life’s great pleasures is to spoil the grand children rotten, get them hyper on e-numbers and excitement and then take them home to their parents. But that aside, you are teaching your grand kids one of life’s great lessons, you don’t always get what you want. In addition you are setting the bar very low for their future life as football fans. Things will get better for them.
