As a grandfather myself I have come to realise that one of life’s great pleasures is to spoil the grand children rotten, get them hyper on e-numbers and excitement and then take them home to their parents. But that aside, you are teaching your grand kids one of life’s great lessons, you don’t always get what you want. In addition you are setting the bar very low for their future life as football fans.
