The sort of player that no-one moans when he gives it away, because it’s not too often, and usually when he’s trying to beat a man and set up a break/chance, or trying a high risk/high reward pass. Totally fine with losing possession by trying to move forward, excite and create chances. Far better than losing possession by getting trapped with no options, or just hoofing it. And when he does lose it, he doesn’t look to the heavens, he kicks and scraps to try and win in back or at least slow the opponent. Can’t coach that.
Nice to have a player that the opposition might have at least mentioned in their preparations as a threat. Makes life so much easier for the others.
