He'll be turning heads that's for sure .

But from what I've seen & heard him speak he loves it here especially giving him his own song ( like Richy ).
Sometimes players settle that well at a club and want to be part of it. And we've had a good few of those over the years

Hopefully the club moves forward and gives these type of players a way of progressing themselves and achieving things.

Absolutely, it's a player why you got to the stadium. The more we move up the table, the better the chance to keep players like him.

Always the worry isn't it. My feeling is he's a bit like Grealish at Villa where his sort of special talent has a place at a certain type of club, but could be wasted going to a top club and having it drilled out of him. Hopefully on a number of levels that doesn't happen.
Great post

I think it's also a benefit of recruiting a younger player who has that move he really wanted and it went badly.

Ndiaye had his dream move to France to play for the club he's mad about and it went crap for him, with any lad with sense they'll not be as quick to jump at the next big move when they're enjoying where they are again. Sane as Lindstrom too btw with that big move to Napoli, no shock both those lads seem to be loving it here now too.

Take Richarlison - I think if we'd have been like we were under Moyes first time, in Europe pretty often (in the current formats it'd have been about 9 of those seasons) he'd have never left the club. I'm hoping he comes back on loan next season as well.

There's exceptions ofc as certain clubs players just don't turn down no matter what - Madrid, Barca and City.

Whats it 3 in 3 now since Moyes came in.

I appreciate Dyche didnt get us relegated. Dont wanna kick a man when he is down.

But christ you don't wanna be under him as an actual baller. Talent destroyer.

Cant remember the commentator but the Arsenal game where he mentioned that Ndiaye would have loved playing fullback against Saka. clearly wasnt. But just did the job on the day.
Dyche grinning like the cat who got the cream after summed him up perfectly. It was a decent point. We sacrificed every ounce on attacking threat for it. Privately take the point. Get on the bus and go home satisfied you nicked a good point on the road.
Dont lord it up. I was really embarrassed how some connected with Everton went on in the aftermouth.
Dont normalise not having a single shot at goal as something to be proud of.
We're Everton. Not Exeter.
