Loving him so far, what a great signing.

Has he really not got an assist this season?

During the game I heard them say hes scored 8 goals this season.

I was shocked. 2 in the cups and 6 in the league.

Hadnt been paying attention at all and in my mind he was on 2 or max 3 league goals after yesterday.

6 league goals in the circumstances this season is very good indeed.

Would be fabulous if he could reach 10.

His final ball has been poo as evidenced by his pass to Gana before the goal and he also could have slid Beto in but he held it too long. It's the one area where I would really like him to take a step in. He should be getting 10 assists a season. He is that good imo but atm his final ball lets him down

Just went to look up his stats to see exactly how many goals he's scored in the league this season, and noticed that Whoscored's automated analysis based on stats is actually very accurate for him:
A screenshot of player analysis from WhoScored.com, showing Iliman Ndiaye's characteristics. It says his strengths are dribbling and defensive contribution, and his style of play is listed as Likes to dribble, Gets fouled often, and Likes to tackle. Under Weaknesses, it says in parentheses Player has no significant weaknesses.
Now, the important question after getting excited about so many players in their first season is: "Will he keep up this level and remain an Everton player after Stake comes off the front of the shirt and I buy one with his name and number on it?"

Tbh he seems to do all the hard work himself. He creates the chance and finishes it all by himself. Haven’t seen much of him elevating the players around him and dragging them into the game (a la Pienaar) with passing combos. Not that it is a bad thing, just an observation. It’s kind of give him the ball and let him do the rest thing.

Leicester - scored
Brighton - scored pen
Spurs - scored
Villa - didn't score
Peterborough - scored pen
Bournemouth- didn't score
Forest - didn't score
Man City - scored

5 goals in his last 8, 3 goals in his last 3. It's played a huge part in us looking far more dangerous. He's such a good finisher, great team player and plenty more to come from him. He should have his sights on reaching 12+ goals in the league and 15 for the season

Penalties aren't quite the same value given someone else would take them, but yes some good stats
