Doesn't it just ruin the flow of the forum though? Sure, you don't read the ignored persons content but what about when others have discussions with them, do you only see the unignored part of the content and wonder whats going on?

Yeah sometimes whole pages of threads make no sense, I still prefer that than reading what certain people have to say.

I choose who I read, it works quite well for me, rather than getting pissed every second post I can just browse the forum and read what the unicorn and rainbow people have to say.
