Depends on the manner of the defeat. If we’re overrun and it’s one of those games where we create nothing and surrender meakly, then yes, he has to go as he clearly can’t motivate the players.
If we lose, but show some sort of effort and that we have a plan, then I’m inclined to keep him on.
