For me the stadia is THE issue.
Its not about bolting on a new stand, its about making Goodison work as best as possible.
Its about improving its corporate facilities, removing the obstructed view, building in non match day events such as receptions, smalll business conferences, better facilities for the players inside the ground (better changing rooms), and enabling it to be used for other activities such as concerts, international football matches etc.
Goodison attendance is currently 80 - 90% of its capacity. And with a new stadia, new owner, more success, we will be oversubscribed, which we are not. The fly in the ointment is that Billionaires do not put £250m into building new stadia. And that to me, more than all the Bill**** billy stuff is why we can't sell Everton.
