If Silva is sacked - who could/should we get?

We are where we deserve to be. Most of our games are close because we're neither brilliant or terrible. This also explains why we are midtable. There are a few games we've won that we could have lost had things gone slightly differently, and a couple of games where the reverse applies. We only need to go back 3 days to see a game which we could easily have won. We had more shots, more shots on target, hit the bar twice, but still lost. It happens. We hit the bar twice but we didn’t create anything . One was a free kick from a tight angle . What I’m saying is our performances don’t deserve points or wins as we don’t defend well, can’t keep possession and create no clear cut chances. We rely on lucky breaks , bounces of the ball and mistakes from opponents to get a sniff of goal of just play percentage footy and throw 100 crosses into the box , knowing on average 30% will find our player and on average 30% of those are on target and 30% of those go in etc. we are weak defending and scoring from set plays, our line is to high and we get caught out with balls over the top, we get cut open to easily and leave the keeper 1-1 , we seem to have two players less, i watchbpur cb pass the ball around under pressure and with no options , then somehow we might playbit into midfield and again no options and rushed passing leading to mistakes , and if we pump it long our striker is 30 yards away from our next player. We look like we have two players left and that’s just keeping possession , I haven’t seen a team in the league that struggles to get over the half way line as much as we do, we are slow, dont tackle and for a team with two dm we get cut open almost at will. The keeper is suspect and our strikers are crap we are a terrible team mate make no mistake and we have played all the “easy teams” basically and I can’t see where our next points are coming from of Cardiff turn us over. Us being 9th is a mystery to me as we have only had a 10 game run at the starts where we wernt crap, guess it says more about the league standard than is does about us

We don’t look a good side there’s no argument there, but that’s all just massive exaggeration. Most of our games could go either way, making out like every point we get is just a fluke is weird. The only game all season where we’ve got something and I’ve come away thinking we’ve really got away with one is Watford at home, other games I couldn’t argue if we’d got less but there’s plenty where you couldn’t argue if we’d got more either. We’re 9th because we’re average in this league, same as we were last season when people kept saying there was nobody worse than us.

I’m trying to say the standard of the league has dropped massively. We look a very bad Everton side, not as bad as the smith years but any of the Moyes teams would finish above us. It’s just the top teams have pulled further away and the crap teams have got even worse. Saying that, most of the crap teams look ok against us and actually play faster footy with better passing and look a better unit than us, they just seem to lack something such as a striker or Cm etc but all other teams look more organised , fitter and have a lot more fight, that’s down to management and that’s why I have had enough of silva
