I really dont think moyes is the problem

Billy was a waste of money.

You could argue that we "wasted" the money spent on Yakubu, although we got a very good goal return, so I personally dont consider it a waste.

Nearly every other player Moyes has bought, hes made a profit on.

So lets not play the "hes wasted money" game, cos its 1 that will be lost.

That's spot on, he's done bloody well with what money he has. Every manager makes bad guys, even the Wengers and the Fergusons, it just hurts us more as we have so little in comparison to flog on a ****e player.

There is so much more that could be done with the players we have right this minute though. We have some genuine world class players in our team with the likes of Baines and Fellaini, certainly better than 10th position we are going to find ourselves in. If people find 10th acceptable, then that is worrying.

I politely disagree sir.

Fellaini is good but world class for CM is Iniesta, Xavi, Schweinsteiger, Lie Tie.

Baines is our only world class player, and it shows as he's our only option and other teams know that and just swarm him.

Obviously Barca rely on Messi more than Pedro, and United rely on Rooney more than Hernandez, but our overdependence on Baines is truly ridiculous.

I do agree with your post like.

Yeah true, I guess I meant in comparison to the teams we're competing with I'd say our quality is of a far higher calibre than the Stokes/Sunderlands of this world, before an extra pound is spent.
The quantity however is not so, we are short of players, nothing Moyes can do about that :(

with this squad, many other managers to your suprise might play just like moyes.

Our top scorers are now Baines, Vellios and Osman with 3 each. We simply can't afford to persist with Saha and Cahill upfront with such a poor return. Who else but Moyes would be so obstinate about it?

Ok so I just woke up after staying up all night to watch the game. It was utter crap, how you can not fault Moyes is beyond me. Any Manager that plays Phil Neville and John Heitinga in central mid deserves to never ever manage again. Don't get me wrong I have the utmost respect for Moyes, but lately it makes me wonder what the hell is going on through his head.

It is so obvious how much better we play when we attack with an attacking formation and lineup. We control possession and make chances, all we're really missing is a striker and creative mid and I honestly think the goals will flow. But the way Moyes has been selecting lately, even if we bought in Messi, Xavi and Iniesta, Moyes would still play Neville, Cahill and Saha, it absolutely bewilders me. Saha looks so uninterested, Cahill is trying his ass off but should only be bought on for 10-15 minute cameos at the end, same with Neville, only be brought on to defend a lead and close out games.

It's honestly killing me every time the team gets announced when you have hungry players like Vellios, Barkley, even Straq sitting on the bench seeing no game time whilst inept, way past their time, players are starting and playing 80-90 mins.

Fuuuark Moyes, I love you, but you infuriate me.
