Apparently if you google the padlock icon it’s used to identify those who are deemed ‘internet dangers’

Padlock is meant to be there, so you can update privacy settings whenever you like.
From Monday I'll be asking for it to be removed, and a link in the footer with 'privacy settings' instead.
Are these changes being forced on you? And is the current push towards online safety* looking to expand further and take further liberties?

With this place being one of the few points of contact I have with relatively normal people I've come to be quite familiar with what I see almost daily. It looked disordinary though I can understand that you and mods hq and the raf have to tidy up and so fewer areas for misbehaviour means less maintenance.
I hate everybody equally, and yes that does include myself.
