Hypothetical Martinez question

Would we be in a better position right now with Martinez still in charge?

Just wait for Big Sam to kick on into next season. The anger will be on the rise once more my friend. I'm nearly there now. I mean just think about this...4 shots in the last 5 games. That gets me angry!

Can't argue it's been poor lately but Allardyce has inherited Koeman's mess of a team. It's actually quite funny how hypocritical Koeman is given that he tore in to Martinez for the state of the team he inherted from him and he's handed this one over to Unsworth and Allardyce.

For me Allardyce's future at Everton won't last because he is too cautious, but I do think people are getting a bit carried away in criticising him over the results recently. We have lost these games because quite simply the top 6 teams are on a different level to our team. Doesn't excuse the Bournemouth defeat but we have a terrible record away from home which existed long before he got here.

Allardyce proved early on that he can get results against the poorer sides - Huddersfield, Newcastle, Swansea. We just need a few more to keep us safe officially and then Moshiri really needs to make sure the next appointment is a positive one to allow us to progress over the next few seasons.

Yep.
- Martinez inherited a good team and they went down the pan in 3 seasons.
- Koeman inherited a crap team and they went EVEN FURTHER down the pan in 1 season.

Martinez did get us Lukaku, at least, and not all his signings were crap.
