Look, I'm not advocating a name change but what if after the proposed name change of Hull City to Hull Tigers is approved by the FA. The Premier league like this idea so much they advocate for each team to adopt an animal or other feature, for branding purposes what should we go for???

My suggestion is for the Panda, even though I'm not a fan of the useless animal. No-one can deny how popular this beast is loved in the world, especially China ( Potential investors galore )

Moving on from the toffees in this day and age is not such a bad thing, just look at the obesity level in kids at school these days. How can we continue with the throwing of sweets into the crowd encouraging our youngsters to gouge on sweets. We can replace the toffee girl with a break dancing Panda who educates our kids new dance moves to promote a healthy life.

Some might say this thread is nothing but an excuse (thinly veiled) to put up the greatest photograph ever taken*. I say NO! ... this is a very good idea about which no rational person could possibly disagree.

* Take that bloke in front of a tank!

If we could get a fat fella who does a bit of chop socky to wear the suit we could be known as the Kung-Fu Pandas. Big deal with Disney and a Chinese investor would be a cert.

I've seen (and laughed at) that picture more than a couple of times, but I've never noticed the weird shape on the asian guy to the right. It looks like he's made of plastic and full of weird edges. Guess I've been more drawn towards the middle for some very natural reasons. The whole pic just got so much better.

You do know the Chinese are mental about their pandas.

Deep sign of respect allowing us associated there.

Panda Diplomacy.

China often loans a couple of pandas to seal multi billion trade deals. Its like a loan to seal the deal. No joke.
