FA Cup winners spot is the only automatic qualification for the groups, but if hull lose we effectively take that place as they become runners up which means they go into the qualifying rounds.

Ah, right.
Personally I'd like it if we played a game or two before the groups, as 1) they'd be easy (hopefully), and 2) good practice, if nothing else... That is potentially dangerous though as we could slip up.
Brilliant season finale preview. Already can't wait for next seasons when we draw BSC Young Boys in the UEFA Cup. If it's not filled with photos of 70's TV and radio personalities I will be extremely disappointed.
